Temporary Radiography Assistant, Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging

You will assist radiographers in MRI procedures, which will involve patient preparation and positioning, as well as safety screening. This includes patient identity verification, vital signs measurement and mobility assistance. You are also expected to prepare and maintain procedure rooms to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness. You will support clinical operations by preparing consumables, assisting with IV cannulation preparation, reporting faulty equipment, and responding to emergencies.

In addition, you will assist with administrative and logistical duties including appointment confirmations, answering phone calls, e‑portering requests, and handling of document/specimen.

Job Requirements

•  A general Diploma, GCE 'O'/'N'/'A' Level or Certificate in Clinic Practice/Healthcare (Administrative Support) or its equivalent
• Ability to speak a second language or dialect(s) would be an advantage (to liaise with non-English speaking patients)
• Pleasant disposition with good communication skills
• Documented proof of:

(i) Measles (or MMR - Mumps, Measles and Rubella) vaccination or serological evidence of measles immunity; and

(ii) Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis) vaccination received within the last 10 years, as required for all healthcare workers under the Healthcare Services Act.
